With a commitment to enabling an understanding of the world, the institute provides an intellectually stimulating environment for individuals passionate about area studies, society, security and diplomacy. As part of its initiatives, we run global field trips.
Role Description
This is a hybrid/WFH/remote role for a Sales Intern. The Sales Intern will assist in identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in meetings. Responsibilities will include acquiring groups for field trips and managing them. The internship offers hands-on experience in sales and business development within the educational tourism sector.
Expected working hours: 12 hours a week
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in Sales techniques and a basic understanding of Sales Management
Team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
Passion for international affairs and understanding of global security issues is an advantage
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with an undergraduate(Bachelors) degree. There is no bias for any field of study if the candidate is able to prove their abilities. A degree in Business, International Relations, Area Studies, Tourism studies or a related field might be helpful

As part of its initiatives, we are initiating a news portal. The intern-columnist's work shall be published on this portal
Role Description
This is a hybrid/WFH/remote role for a student or recently graduate. The Intern Columnist will contribute original works and shall be credited for the same.
Expected working hours: 12 hours a week
Qualifications
Strong Communication and writing skills in English
Basic understanding of Research Methods
Proficiency in International Relations, Area Studies, Geopolitics and War
Team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
Passion for international affairs and understanding of global security issues in the sub altern would be helpful.
